What it does
- A guest booking website and a staff dashboard, running on one API and one database.
- Rooms are assigned inside a database transaction, so the same room can never be sold twice for the same night.
- Three staff roles (manager, front desk, housekeeping), each with its own screens and permissions.
- Check-out is blocked until the balance is collected, and check-in warns when the room is not clean yet.
- 41 automated API tests, plus 34 browser checks that book a room, run the stay and clean the room.
- All guests, prices and reviews are invented sample data. No real payments.
